Your Part in the Construction Process
- Construction Welcome Meeting - Your Field Manager and you will get together to set expectations for development and construction.
- Ongoing Consultations and Reviews - You'll have regular meetings with your Field Manager, Designer and Orientation Representative to set goals, select design features and materials, and ensure your overall expectations are being met.
- Pre-Drywall Orientation - In this meeting, your Field Manager and Orientation Representative will review your home from the roof to the baseboards to make sure that the expectations you set in your Customer Welcome Meeting and in any design appointments have been met. Any outstanding issues will be immediately addressed in the field.
- Customer Walk Through - Before closing, your Orientation Representative will take you through your home, thoroughly review it to make sure that all final adjustments were made and that you're 100% satisfied before closing.
- Home Delivery - In this meeting, your Orientation Representative will present you with your keys, give a final orientation and provide you with important warranty information and operating instructions for household systems and appliances.
