About The Graham
The Graham is, in a word, versatile. The optional second floor makes this floorplan totally unique, allowing you to add significant living space, whether you choose a loft with room for a game zone and an entertainment TV lounge, or a smaller loft and additional bedroom/bathroom suite. Even without this addition, the main floor offers plenty of space, expansive windows, and the kind of comfort that feels natural. Guests have their very own quarters, with a window-laden bedroom that lets in the light from the front porch and a sizeable bathroom. The large, functional laundry room is conveniently placed between the bedrooms. Before you reach the main living space, you’ll find a bright den, which can be transformed into an additional bedroom if you prefer. As a den, this lovely nook features open archways overlooking the great room. Move into the main living space, which is perfect for extended family gatherings, quiet evenings for a couple, or anything in between. The oversized kitchen island offers workspace for the chef, who can socialize with friends seated at its bar side. With its L-shaped galley design, the kitchen is airy and open, and can easily accommodate more than a few chefs and guests pouring drinks.
From the kitchen, look on to the great room, with space for an overstuffed sectional and movie-size television. The dining area at the other side of this grand area easily fits a large table for your whole family or dinner club. Best of all, you’ll love the optional rolling wall of glass flanking the great room and dining area. Move this wall aside and bring your covered patio right into the home. Guests can saunter in and outside with drinks in hand. Or, enclose the space as a sun room.
At the end of a delightfully busy day, you will relish in the comfort and luxury of your master suite. Tall windows take full advantage of the North Carolina blue skies, and the master bathroom is the spa-like space you’ve always dreamed of. Beyond the bathroom, your immense walk-in closet awaits, where you’ll have room for the essentials and much more.
