The Sports Pavilion is the first amenity to open in the spectacular Member's Club, featuring Championship Tennis courts as well as Bocce and Pickleball. These well-groomed facilities offer the best venue in the area for your favorite pastime.

The Athletic Club is the place to work it on out. Treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, and weight training-it's all here. You'll use the best, most advanced equipment there is from TechnoGym™. You'll also appreciate the spacious locker rooms. Get ready to enjoy the fruits of your labor as you acheive maximum wellness.
The Athletic Club provides a diverse blend of indoor and outdoor recreation opportunities including popular aerobic classes. Our health and fitness specialists are available at every step along the way for inspiration, guidance and support.
- Movement & Aerobic Studio - If you like to move, we've got your number. This dedicated studio will get your heart pumping and your whole body moving. You'll enjoy great classes as part of your new routine. Although life here is anything but.
- Strength & Conditioning Center - This area is dedicated to strength training and houses the state-of-the-art
TechnoGym™ equipment as well as free weights and strength equipment. 
Bodysmart Women's Fitness Studio - You'll appreciate the private nature of this dedicated, women's-only fitness area, where you can work out with your friends, not with your husband's friends. Now that's smart.- Massage Room - A small, tranquil treatment room, equipped with all necessary tools to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating massage service.
- Indoor Fitness Pool- The Indoor Fitness Pool hosts water aerobics classes and serves as the perfect place for a low-impact, yet challenging, workout.
The Outdoor Resort Pool delivers a true resort experience you won't find at other communities. Designed for fun and pleasure, this is the perfect place to float away.
In addition to sparkling blue water which meanders from inside to outside, we’ve added a few touches typically reserved for a Caribbean getaway. This enormous resort pool is appointed with elegant, comfortable outdoor chaises so you can lounge the day away pool side. Alone or with friends, it's sure to be a frequent destination.
The Crow’s Nest is a sports escape within the comfortable, conditioned environment of the club. Featuring billiards, flat-screen TV, a full-scale golf simulator – this is as good as it gets for the modern day “man cave”.
The ideal venue to invigorate and promote creative energy, The Artisan Studio is ready to release your inner artist. With set-ups ready for paint, pottery, scrap booking and more, you’ll feel right at home setting up shop in this inspiring space.
Want a great place to enjoy a card game among friends? You’ve got it at Four Suits. The softer option for our card-playing crowd, 
this room is perfectly “suited” for everything from cribbage to canasta, poker to pinochle. Four Suits is sure to be among the most popular gathering spaces areas of Magnolia House.
The classic “I’ll be working late at the office” has never implied more fun. The Office is the ultimate poker room. Well-appointed to create a great place for enjoying a friendly hand or a

Incredibly appointed, the Events Center & Theatre is ideal for socializing, entertaining or even producing theatre. Efficiently designed with a kitchen perfect for a catered event and doors that open to an outdoor patio, members can use this space year round. The Newsstand is just that – a mobile breakfast and periodical stand. Grab your favorite hot beverage and reading material, then hang out with a laptop or iPad in any of the comfortable seating options provided in Explorations Connections Lounge.
Great dining is part of life at Trilogy. As the feature restaurant of Magnolia House, The Grille includes delicious options for lunch, dinner, and drinks. The menu is inspired by our members where you can expect to find fresh, healthy fare at reasonable prices - combined with your favorite local grill. The Grille represents a comfortable, relaxed place to meet with friends, relish delicious food and drinks, and enjoy the fun spoils of a life well-lived.

Trilogy's leadership team has developed a process for success in making its clubs the best in the industry. This approach isn't as thoughtless as simply grabbing the previous club's plans and renaming the rooms (yes, this does happen elsewhere). Instead, it is an involved and focused undertaking centric to a Trilogy core value: passion for the customer. Having just been recently ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction nationally for the 3rd consecutive year, we know that our passion for creating that difference is being noticed!
The process begins with a room filled with right and left brained thinkers spend several months imagining, debating and researching all aspects of the club experience. Customer data from our extensive market research guides most of the decision making; however this is rounded out by the passion and experience of the team's industry veterans. When everyone is satisfied that they have created a unique spirit for the community that is more innovative and exciting than the last, the best consultants and trade partners in the industry are hand-selected make the vision a reality for our Members to enjoy.
This comprehenive process includes partnering with industry leading architects, interior designers and landscape designers.
