The community of Nipomo, located in the southern end of San Luis Obispo County on the beautiful Central Coast of California, is on a coastal mesa averaging an elevation of 380 feet above sea level. Traveling Highway 101, Nipomo is located mid-way between Los Angeles and San Francisco, 7 miles south of Arroyo Grande and 7 miles north of Santa Maria. Nipomo is located at the foot of the hills of the Temetate Ridge. Appropriately, the name Nipomo is derived from the Chumash Indian word " Nepomah."

In Nipomo from Highway 101 Exit Tefft Street Head West Right on Mesa Rd (approxi. 1.2 miles) Follow Mesa Rd into our community (approx. 2.5 miles) Right on Trilogy Parkway Continue straight through the stop sign at Via Concha Rd and follow the signs to the Trilogy Tour Center From Highway 1 Head east on Via Concha. Turn Left on Trilogy Parkway and follow the signs to the Tour Center
