Behind the gates of the private Encanterra Country Club residents have two community options to choose from - Encanterra, the all ages community, and Trilogy at Encanterra, the age restricted community. Home owners in both communities have access to the full lifestyle offering and amenities that Encanterra Country Club has to offer.
Who are the Encanterrans?
The short answer is they are a community of friendly, well-traveled, accomplished, outgoing, down-to-earth people. They’re people who don’t believe in half-happy or fun postponed. They want to live their lives now. And fully.
If you’re looking to meet one, here are a few suggestions. They may be taking a dance class or strolling on their private championship golf course. You might catch up to them at the day spa, getting a deep tissue shiatsu massage.
There’s a good chance you’ll find them playing tennis or practicing Pilates. After all, this private country club and resort is a magnet for the actively inclined. The beautiful, soaring architecture of the 60,000+ square-foot Club, La Casa, promises devotion to the pursuits of the body.
Don’t forget to check for them in their gourmet kitchens. Encanterrans love to entertain, and their elegant homes are ingeniously designed with guests in mind.
Of course, finding them can get tricky. They could be off getting a pilot’s license, acting in a play, or hiking in the Superstition Mountains. They could be on another continent. Openness to new experiences is a way of life for them. They find a passion and run with it.
That may explain why the Encanterrans smile so easily.

What's Around
Encanterra, although a world unto itself, is also part of a greater world: it is located in San Tan Valley within the Southeast Valley, where excellent shopping, dining and entertainment are near at hand and the convenient Loop 202 and US 60 grant quick access to the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Encanterrans are treated to awesomely scenic surroundings with the Superstition Mountains to the north, San Tan Mountain Regional Park to the west and the Copper Mountain Ranges to the east. And there’s always plenty to do. Our own San Tan Valley has become a destination for fans of artisan gourmet food. Nearby cultural attractions are many.
Downtown Tempe’s Mill Avenue hosts two of the country’s largest art fairs in the spring and fall.
The Mesa Arts Center offers a full calendar of music, theater and dance performances. The Southwest Museum is known for its dinosaur exhibits. Gammage Auditorium at Arizona State University hosts large productions and national acts. Just for starters…
Sports fans can watch the Chicago Cubs play during spring training in Mesa. And Tempe hosts the annual New Year’s Eve block party that attracts thousands.
San Tan Village Marketplace is the area’s newest shopping attraction and has an upscale main street feel. Other malls like Scottsdale Fashion Square offer the biggest names in fashionable shopping.
