Golf
Golf is supremely important here. We take that back– incredible golf experiences are. That’s why we chose PGA Tour veteran and former Ryder Cup captain Tom Lehman to design our private championship golf course. His vision for Encanterra was to create a classic core golf layout that would offer unparalleled quality and challenges for every player.
The more you play it, the more you’ll appreciate its deft shot making and dramatic risk/ reward opportunities. And you won’t fail to notice the amazingly lush landscaping, vibrant flower beds, sparkling streams and lakes, and warm personalized service that add so much to the experience. There’s a lively calendar of golf activities that includes regular weekly games and world-class competitive play for members and their guests. All Encanterrans hold social memberships to the Country Club, and the members who are ready to begin or pursue their passion for great golf experiences have the option to upgrade to the golf membership.
Encanterrans firmly believe in personal growth and self-discovery. If that discovery happens to occur on the 7th hole, well, so much the better.

Bistro 1528
Bistro 1528 harnesses all the best aspects of La Casa – comfort, location, animation – and combine them with the unique elements of a free-standing dining experience – intimacy, menu diversity and service. Bistro 1528 is upscale Mediterranean, offering a casual yet sophisticated feel with emphasis on delicious continental cuisine, superior service and genuinely friendly team members.
The atmosphere is also a bit hip and blends well with the Mediterranean architectural theme of the entire community. The layout and design segue to the outdoors, offering Members and guests the opportunity for casually intimate evenings. With multiple dining experiences available including multiple indoor and outdoor private dining spaces, a Chef’s Table in the kitchen and little alcoves with views of the open kitchen, Bistro 1528 is the perfect place to dine and relax. The Vault
The Vault at 1528 is that special, little-promoted but exceptionally well-known aspect of 1528. A place to relax alone or with friends, the Vault is one part wine storage, one part tasting room, and one part sanctuary. The service experience delivered here would best be described as the “royal treatment”.
The Chef’s Table
The Chef’s Table is a truly exclusive experience, as Members and guests have the opportunity to savor their meal inside the kitchen! They are a part of the action as our talented culinary team prepares the food, and they interact with our executive chef as he makes recommended wine pairings for every course of the meal. For those who have never experienced this before, it’s more fun than they can imagine and a truly unique evening their guests won’t soon forget.
Patio Monaco
One of the best parts about life in Arizona is the ability to bring the outside in, and vice versa. That’s why many of our showcase dining spaces are covered patio areas, and Patio Monaco is no exception. Available for private parties of 25-50 guests and available for open seating during non-reserved times, this is a great venue for celebrating a 25th anniversary or just another extraordinary Tuesday night at Encanterra!
Patio Montenegro
Similar to Patio Monaco but with a different design aesthetic, Patio Montenegro is another great venue for parties small or large. Protected from the elements but still part of the outdoors, this is one more way to enjoy the beautiful Arizona climate.
The Algarve
Captivating views in a casual yet elegant setting make this the perfect location to host a festive dinner party among friends. And when it’s not reserved for a private party, this will be the Club’s social table, where our host will introduce Members and seat them together; another opportunity to make new friends just for the evening (or maybe for a lifetime).
Marseille I, II, and III
These rooms are part of our more intimate private settings, and a consummate place for an ultra-private romantic dinner for two, or small group rendezvous. These special places are like entertaining in one’s own home, only better and a whole lot easier.

Apps & Après
Apps & Après has the feel of an upscale wine bar inside combined with a favorite resort patio outside. Its layout and design will give the guest the feeling of a warm and comfortable tavern that could be found somewhere in the Mediterranean – Spain, Greece or Italy. The experience culminates in warm, comfortable seating with a contemporary edge. Custom-made furnishings accented with rich leather, wood, and glass – along with outstanding service – create a distinctive and inviting atmosphere.

Explorations Café & News
A reference to the Old World meets New World heritage of Encanterra, Explorations Café & News is much more than just a pick-up counter and paper cups. It is a neighborhood gathering place. A mix of comfortable tables and chairs as well as lounge-style seating is paired with heavy, colorful ceramic mugs and dishes to project a “sit down and stay awhile” message. Healthy light fare, fresh baked goods and smoothies complement the coffee menu to expand the café’s appeal; this all in addition to access online and to newspapers from The Times of London to The Arizona Republic.

Mossa Donna & Mossa Corsa
Treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, women’s-only circuit weight and free-weight training–it’s all here, the best, most advanced equipment there is. Surpassed only by our dedicated health and fitness specialists, who are always available to help you achieve and exult. Afterwards, you can happily waft back to the locker rooms, which are incredibly spacious, private, and luxurious. Then slip into the steam room or jump into the whirlpool.

Swimming Pools & Tennis
Encanterrans love to be immersed. With their boundless delight in mind, three truly magnificent pools were created. The outdoor resort pool is perfectly scenic and enormous. You’ll find it filled with smiling, sparkling, somersaulting Encanterrans, day and night. There are also two exercise pools, one indoors, one outdoors, for more serious pursuits, like laps and water aerobics. After your work out, or round of golf, Solaz is grilling up your favorites pool-side!
Whether you’re out for exercise, camaraderie or pure adrenaline, these are the tennis courts worthy of Encanterrans: professional, spotless and beautifully situated. You can join men’s and women’s leagues, enjoy lighted night games, sign up for tournaments or take group or private lessons from our seasoned pros.
