All around this country, you'll see the Shea family's legacy in countless places—the Hoover Dam and the Golden Gate Bridge, to name just a few. These landmarks symbolize the family's commitment to enduring quality, and we take pride
in being part of the American landscape. From this rich history comes Shea Homes' passion for design and quality, as well as a deep understanding of how people live today—what's important to them in a home, and a community. It's why the homes we design today aren't like those built a century ago—or those we'll build a century from now.
That's The Shea Difference™. We build our homes for smart, discerning buyers who appreciate the thoughtful design, thoughtful people and thoughtful processes that truly set Shea Homes apart. We obsess over the integration of form and function. The small details that matter. The ingenious innovations that make space more usable, more adaptable, more livable. When we design our homes and communities, we think about real life—and how we can make it even better. That's why we are proud to invite you to "live the difference" at any Shea Homes community.
We've created a division within Shea Homes® to develop resort communities geared to the Baby Boom generation. Baby Boomers helped change their world, and we knew they'd demand a new breed of community as they become empty nesters and retirees. Our Trilogy® Active Lifestyle Communities offer an outstanding lifestyle centered around exploration, freedom, wellness and connection.
With locations around the country in Florida, Arizona, Virginia, Nevada, California and Washington, those looking to live in a master planned community that comes with 5-star resort amenities will have plenty of options to choose from. We launched the Trilogy by Shea Homes brand of Active Lifestyle Communities in 1999 and have been adding more communities to our portfolio ever since, with new locations opening this year and more to come. Customers have made Trilogy the preferred brand in Active Lifestyle Communities.
Annually since 2012, Trilogy by Shea Homes has been named America's Most Trusted Resort Community Builder in the Lifestory Research® America's Most Trusted™ Resort Builders Study. There are thousands of reasons, from the stunning Clubs and enriching amenities, to the energy efficient solar homes, to the vibrant people who live in each one of our locations.
