#1 Most Trusted Active Adult Builder – Trilogy by Shea Homes Trilogy was ranked the #1 most trusted active adult builder, and #3 most trusted among ALL national home builders in the recently released Lifestory Research Most Trusted Builders in America Study ^SM on trust in the home building industry. The study was performed among more than 21,000 new home shoppers in the 27 largest housing markets in the US. As part of the study, Lifestory Research investigated how the top 25 builder brands in the US are ranked by consumers based upon trust, which their research shows is the most important component in consumer brand perceptions of quality and reputation among home builders.

J.D. Power Customer Service Champion In 2011 and 2012, Shea Homes was included in the new J.D. Power & Associates Customer Service Champions list, an elite group representing the top 5% of all national brands across multiple consumer categories. Several of Shea Homes’ Trilogy communities received Awards of Merit for their highly amenitized resort style community Clubs: the Cascade Club at Trilogy at Redmond Ridge in Washington and the Santa Rosa Club at Trilogy at La Quinta in California for Best Public/Private Special Use Facility; The Blue Water Sports Club at Trilogy at Glen Ivy in California received a Grand Award for Best Public/Private Recreational Use Facility.
